Do you really make everything yourself?

Yep! It’s just me, my crochet hooks, and a variety of streaming services.

Do you do custom orders?

I do not currently take custom orders for items not already in my store. (Im sport, I don’t do tops, shorts, dog sweaters, etc)

If you’d like one of my current items in a custom color way, I’m happy to create it for you! Send me an email and let me know what you’d like.

When will my item(s) ship?

Ready to ship items will be shipped in 1-2 business days. Made to order items will be shipped within 7 business days. 

All packages are shipped via USPS first class mail unless otherwise noted. If you don’t receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number within the time frame above, please email me.

 

What is your return policy?

I want you to love your Oak City Crochet items! If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me.

But please note that many items are made to order, I do not accept returns on most purchases. If your item arrives damaged, please let me know and I will arrange a replacement or refund.
